Event Shuttle FAQs

How far in advance should we book? For large groups or peak seasons, we recommend booking at least 12 weeks ahead to ensure fleet availability. If you have a last minute booking, contact below and we can see if we are available. 

Can you accommodate last-minute schedule changes? We do our best to be flexible and to adjust; availability depends on fleet and driver scheduling, and if you communicate any changes immediately.

Are your vehicles insured and inspected? Yes. All drivers are licensed and our fleet undergoes regular maintenance and safety checks that meet or exceed provincial regulations.

What is your cancellation policy? 

For Buses/Mini Coach

All Reservations require 25% deposit which is fully refundable (minus bank fees if paid by credit card) up to 10 days prior to the event. E-transfers are fully refundable.

All cancelations between 10 days and 73 hours before the event receive a 75% refund of the entire amount.

Any cancelations inside 3 days before the event receive a 25% refund of the entire amount.

Do you offer branding or signage? Yes, custom signage or branding can be arranged for larger events and conventions.

Do you offer food and drinks? Yes, we have done several events where individual charcuteries and snacks are provided, as well as water and drinks. Liquor permits can also be applied for pending on event.
