1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe on the rights or restrict the use and enjoyment of the site by others. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

2. Services

YYCTOURS offers guided tour experiences and transportation services. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

Please note: Tours require a separate event waiver. For detailed terms and conditions related specifically to tours, please refer to the YYCTOURS Event Waiver provided at booking.

3. Bookings and Payments

Tour and transportation bookings require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. Full payment is due 10 days prior to the service. Details, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility are outlined during the booking process and may vary depending on the service.

4. Cancellation Policy

For Tour bookings a 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is fully refundable (minus bank fees if paid by credit card) up to 73 hours prior to the event. E-transfers are fully refundable.
For Transportation services a 25% deposit is due at time of booking. This deposit is 25% refundable.
Tour Cancellations made under 72 hours before the event receive a 75% refund.
Cancellation policies reflect Provincial Employment Regulations and banking fees.

5. Tours Terms

Tours may include visits to breweries, wineries, distilleries, and restaurants.
Tours may involve consumption of alcohol; participants must be of legal drinking age (18+).
Tours are educational and are not to be treated as party buses. Proper conduct is expected at all times.
Standing, walking, or dancing in the tour vehicle is not permitted and is done at your own risk.
Tours may include walking on uneven surfaces and crossing public streets; participants assume the associated risks.

6. Transportation Terms

Transportation services may be provided separately from tours.
Full Terms and Conditions of transportation services are included with invoices at time of reservation.
Consumption of outside alcohol or illegal substances during transportation is strictly prohibited unless proper permits have been acquired.
Passengers must comply with vehicle safety rules, including remaining seated while the vehicle is in motion.
YYCTOURS is not responsible for delays or incidents beyond its control during transportation.
Transportation may be terminated immediately for violation of rules, with no refund provided.

7. YYCTOURS Event Waiver

General Terms and Conditions

All guests must be of legal drinking age.
All guests will be required to sign an event waiver.
You have the right to have the waiver reviewed by legal counsel.
We kindly ask that you do not consume alcohol or drugs prior to the tour.
Anyone who shows signs of intoxication or being impaired at the start or during the tour may be removed at their own expense with no refund.
Consumption of alcohol in the vehicle is not permitted.
Consumption of outside alcohol not provided on the tour is forbidden and will result in removal.
This tour is educational and not a party bus. Conduct accordingly.

Waiver of Liability

Assumption of Risk: Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Consumption of Alcohol: You must be 18+ and accept all risks related to alcohol.
Risk of Tour: Walking and physical risks are acknowledged and assumed.
Waiver of Claims: You waive any claims against YYCTOURS and staff.
Indemnification: You agree to hold YYCTOURS harmless from claims.
Medical Declarations: You disclose any medical conditions or medications.
Accident Coverage: You are responsible for your own health coverage.
Illegal Activity: YYCTOURS may terminate service for illegal/disruptive behavior.
Publicity License: You allow use of your likeness unless excluded.
Damage: You accept responsibility for damages caused.
Acknowledgment: This waiver releases YYCTOURS from liability.

8. Code of Conduct and Community Standards

Each guest must sign a waiver.
Pre-drinking is discouraged; intoxicated guests may be denied access.
Respect drivers, venue staff, and other guests.
No drinking inside vehicles (special permits may apply).
No animals allowed in vehicles
Custom pickups outside 10 km of Calgary Tower may have extra fees.
All guests must be of legal drinking age.

9. Limitation of Liability

YYCTOURS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost items, injuries, or delays beyond our control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is owned by YYCTOURS and cannot be used without permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of this site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers but are not responsible for their policies.

13. Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated; your continued use means acceptance.
